Through the prescription of activities and personalized questionnaires, the application helps patients prepare for surgery and monitor their progress during the recovery phase. It also allows healthcare professionals to record all patient-related information in detail, improving focus on the patient and facilitating the work of monitoring and recording information.
The DREAM application was developed to support the ERAS® protocol, which is based on the best available medical science to improve patients' post-operative results and reduce recovery times.
